In remarks shared by Russia’s Foreign Ministry on social media, Putin said Russia is committed to finding a peaceful resolution to the conflict and is prepared to move forward with an agreement.
“We are certainly ready and willing to reach an agreement with Ukraine by peaceful means," Putin said.
