In Libya’s Az Zawiya, a drone attack set a petrol storage tank at the country’s largest oil refinery ablaze, with emergency crews working through the night to contain the fire.
The Oil Corporation says it is the fifth such strike in recent days and insists energy facilities must be kept out of conflict. Hours later, another drone hit a sub-power station, knocking out more than half of its 1,300 megawatts and worsening power cuts and demand for fuel.
