Following the panel's findings, an impeachment motion is likely to be introduced during the upcoming winter session of Parliament in either the Lok Sabha or the Rajya Sabha.
Although Justice Varma submitted his resignation in April, it has not yet been accepted by the President of India, leaving him technically still in office.
