A 40-year-old man strangled his two daughters in a room at Taj Hotel near Bengaluru airport before attempting suicide over a marital dispute, police said. The accused, identified as SG Imran, left a note alleging that he suspected his wife of having an affair with another person. The victims, aged 5 and 10, were residents of Nagawara in north Bengaluru.
According to police, Imran strangled both his daughters before allegedly slitting his throat with a knife in an attempt to kill himself, police said.
