The campaign, which encourages households across the country to unfurl the national flag, aims to foster unity and national pride. The video release on social media is also viewed as a direct digital outreach to Gen Z and younger citizens to connect with them on popular platforms.
Originally launched in 2022 under the Amrit Mahotsav initiative, the initiative encourages private citizens to hoist the tricolour, capture photos, and participate in celebrating national pride during the week leading up to Independence Day.
