HYDERABAD Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) official spokesperson Manne Krishank alleged that Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has misused his office in land allotments in the Fourth City, particularly to Tesseract Advanced Systems Private Ltd, whose chairman is Anumula Kondal Reddy, a brother of the Chief Minister. Speaking to newspersons here on Monday, he sought to know how very high value land of 20,234 square meters was allotted to a company with just ₹1 lakh paid-up capital and without any employees on its rolls.
He stated that he was giving the details quoted in the annual report of the company for 2024-25. He demanded that the government clarify whether the company, which claims to operate in aerospace and defence manufacturing sectors, possessed the necessary DPIIT (Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade) approvals and industrial licenses required from the Government of India. The company’s registered address was a small residential house in Patancheru, he stated.
Further, Mr. Krishank sought to know what due diligence was conducted before Mr. Kondal Reddy’s induction into the US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) India Executive Leadership Board. He stated that he had also written to USISPF seeking clarification on the matter. He demanded that the government disclose details of all land allotments made in the Fourth City so far and called for an independent inquiry into the allotment of land to Tesseract Advanced Systems, including the possible conflict of interest, company’s eligibility, determination of the land price and approvals and procedures followed.
He also demanded immediate cancellation of the land allotment made to Tesseract.
