The agitation, organized by the All Kerala Lower Primary School Teacher Rank Holders Association, includes an indefinite hunger strike and symbolic demonstrations. Protesters are demanding immediate job appointments, transparency, and a revised teacher-student ratio of one teacher for every twenty-five students.
