No injuries were reported, although the aircraft was damaged. The incident took place at around 12.30 pm when the aircraft was conducting a training exercise at the Baramati airfield. According to Pune Superintendent of Police, the aircraft, identified as VT-SEX, was carrying Capt. Chirag Shashikant Doifode and Cadet Abhijeet Jundre.
