The ongoing Jharkhand students' agitation over alleged JPSC and JSSC examination paper leaks, OMR discrepancies, and evaluation errors reached its 16th day without a breakthrough
The ongoing Jharkhand students' agitation over alleged JPSC and JSSC examination paper leaks, OMR discrepancies, and evaluation errors reached its 16th day without a breakthrough. Protesters are demanding the cancellation of the 2025 JPSC Civil Services Preliminary Examination and a CBI probe into recruitment irregularities. Meanwhile, a PIL was filed in the Supreme Court seeking a CBI investigation, an independent inquiry committee headed by a retired judge, OMR audits, and preservation of exam records.
Amid the deadlock, the government scheduled a third round of talks, while a BJP delegation led by state president Aditya Sahu visited the protest site, alleging recruitment bodies were turned into sales centres. Protesters cite delayed recruitments, paper leaks, and rising unemployment as key grievances.
