Ingredients: 100 gm sugar, tbsp water, ¼ cup fresh cream Method: Add sugar and water to a saucepan and stir well. Let the mixture cook for a few minutes until it turns into a rich golden caramel. Remove from the heat and carefully mix in the fresh cream. Stir until smooth and set aside to cool. Classic Cold Coffee: A creamy and frothy drink that’s perfect for coffee lovers. Ingredients: 2-3 tbsp hot water, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp instant coffee powder, 2-3 ice cubes, 1 cup milk, 2-3 tbsp fresh cream, 1 scoop vanilla ice cream Method: Combine hot water, sugar, coffee powder, ice cubes, and milk in a blender.
