In an exclusive interview, CJP co-convener Ashutosh Ranka discussed the growing political outreach toward Generation Z by major political leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Opposition Leader Rahul Gandhi, and RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat. Ranka emphasized that a major achievement of their recent movement is that young people no longer fear asking tough questions of the establishment.
Highlighting key student grievances following the NEET exam controversies and Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan's resignation, Ranka demanded authentic dialogue and policy action rather than perception management or political theatrics. Addressing comments by political figures and changing political rhetoric, he stressed that Gen Z is politically aware and will easily recognize tokenism. Ranka maintained that democracy goes beyond five-year electoral cycles and requires continuous government accountability.
