Ahead of One Night Only’s India release this month, director Will Gluck and producer Jacqueline Monetta have shared why Callum Turner was always their first choice to play Owen. In an exclusive statement to India Today, the filmmakers spoke about the qualities Turner brought to the role, describing him as the perfect balance of charm, humour and emotional vulnerability. For Gluck, Owen required an actor who could make audiences root for him from the moment he appeared on screen.
