A Central Bureau of Investigation chargesheet in the NEET paper leak case has revealed that the leak did not originate from a printing press, but directly from inside the Testing Agency. According to the investigation, three contracted subject experts used authorized access during translation, back translation, and proofreading stages in April to extract paper content. Instead of taking printed booklets, the experts memorized physics, chemistry, and biology questions, options, and answers, and orally dictated them to candidates at private residences to create handwritten notes.
The questions were photographed and shared with coaching institute figures in Pune and Latur before being distributed across states. Digital payment records recovered by investigators confirm money transfers between candidates' families and the accused, establishing the exact money trail. The CBI has secured tangible evidence corroborating the sequence of events, with court cognizance of the chargesheet expected soon.
