The Bombay High Court has granted conditional bail to Shiv Sena corporator Ramesh Mhatre in the Dombivli doctor assault case and ordered that the trial be fast-tracked. The court imposed strict conditions on Mhatre and directed that he remain outside Maharashtra until the chargesheet is filed in the matter.
