Accused Self-Harms In Lock-Up Police said the 19-year-old, who comes from an affluent locality in Thane, allegedly injured himself inside the Hudkeshwar police station lock-up shortly after midnight by repeatedly hitting his head and face against the walls and floor.

According to the Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) medical report, the accused was found to have sustained an orbital bone fracture, while doctors also detected excess air in the pericardial cavity surrounding his heart during a routine examination.
