Following a fire in Delhi that claimed 21 lives, Max Hospital released a statement regarding the survivors. Currently, 15 patients are admitted at the Saket complex, including 13 foreign nationals. Six patients remain on ventilator support but are showing signs of improvement and are considered stable. Nine others are being treated in the ICU and wards, with one patient scheduled for discharge.
Survivors sustained fractures and burn injuries after jumping from the third floor of the building and falling onto overhead wires to escape the blaze. The hospital administration confirmed that no patients are in an extremely critical condition as they continue their recovery.
