As many as 4.44 lakh students have applied for Plus One single-window admission to higher secondary courses in Kerala.
Of this, the maximum number of applicants are from Malappuram – 82,678. The least are from Idukki – 11,420. Wayanad has 11,790 applicants.
In Malabar, Kozhikode and Palakkad districts have 46,979 and 44,117 applicants.
Of the total 4,44,124 applications received, the majority are from the SSLC board – 4,14,470. Only 19,890 are from CBSE and 2,083 from ICSE board, while 7,681 are from other boards.
As many as 43,675 students have applied to more than one district.
