He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah remain present in Parliament throughout the day, while the opposition is missing opportunities to speak.
Rijiju also defended the government's measures to tackle exam leaks and criticised what he called the opposition's "drama" over the issue.
