Four of the deceased in the fire incident have been identified as: Krishnandann Prasad Singh, 76, Geeta Devi, 63, Uday Kumar, 57 and Sashank, 30, three of them were from Muzaffarpur district while Uday Kumar was from neighbouring district of Sheohar.
