The dramatic landing ended without injuries and later went viral after Shelton jokingly apologised to drivers on TikTok, writing, "My fault for the traffic guys."Shelton was flying a Piper PA-28 during what was reportedly her student's first flying lesson when the aircraft began showing signs of a serious mechanical problem. Air traffic control recordings revealed that the engine's oil pressure had fallen to critically low levels while oil fumes entered the cockpit, signalling the possibility of engine failure.
