Mayawati offered floral tributes and met his family in Lucknow, while BSP leaders and supporters gathered to honour the veteran legislator.
Singh, who represented the Rasra Assembly constituency in Ballia, was considered a prominent BSP leader in eastern Uttar Pradesh.
