IMD has issued fresh hevay rain alert across Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal. The rain, which continued for overnight hours late into the night, caused severe flooding across several areas, including Nabin Nagar, Rukmini gaon, Zoo Road, Ganeshguri, Hatigaon, and Beltola Survey.
