Tirupati is gearing up for what is reportedly the largest property exhibition of the year, conducted by the Confederation of Real Estate Developers Association of India (CREDAI), at SREE Convention Hall on DBR Hospital road from August 7 to 9. โThe response has been huge this time and all the 52 stalls have been occupied well in advance,โ said Tirupati chapter chairman and CREDAI Andhra Pradesh treasurer K.
Gopinath. According to the CREDAI-Tirupati president M. Ramprasad Rao, the response from the members displaying the apartments, open plots, high rise buildings and villas has been encouraging, while the allied sectors of the construction industry such as electrical, sanitaryware, flooring, interior decor, solar panels, tiles, earthing material and others have also shown keen interest.
Many banks have also come forward to set up stalls at the venue to promote housing finance, with the State Bank of India, Indian Bank and Canara Bank participating as sponsors. Apart from the stalls, there will be knowledge sessions to create awareness among the prospective customers on building aspects,โ said vice-president A.
