Madhu Bangarappa, Sorab MLA who has been re-inducted into the State Cabinet, will visit Shivamogga on Friday and review the drought situation in the district visiting every taluk, said R. Prasanna Kumar, president of Shivamogga District Congress Committee, on Wednesday.
In a press conference in Shivamogga, Mr. Prasanna Kumar said that the District Congress Committee was happy on Madhu Bangarappa being inducted into the Cabinet for the second time. “As Minister for School Education in the Siddaramaiah-led Cabinet, Mr. Madhu Bangarappa took the decision to improve government schools in his tenure.
