An Air India flight from Phuket to Delhi faced a terrifying mid-air incident after the Airbus A320neo suddenly dropped nearly 300 feet during cruise, leaving 17 passengers and crew members injured. The aircraft carrying 137 passengers and 8 crew members landed safely at Delhi's IGI Airport. The DGCA has launched a detailed investigation and secured the flight data recorder and cockpit voice recorder to find out what caused the sudden altitude drop.
