Minister for Transport, Sports and Youth Services, Mandipalli Ramprasad Reddy, inaugurated development works worth over ₹5.2 crore in Chinnamandem mandal of Annamayya district on Monday, reiterating the government’s focus on strengthening rural infrastructure. The projects include CC roads, BT roads, a health clinic and a proposed veterinary hospital building across several villages.
Addressing a gathering at Chinnamandem, the Minister said that the government under Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu was committed to improving connectivity, healthcare access and public amenities in rural areas, while extending support to farmers and livestock owners.
Ramprasad Reddy said that the initiatives were part of a planned effort to ensure balanced development across every village in the mandal. He also laid the foundation
stone for a ₹50-lakh veterinary hospital at Chinnamandem. Residents, elected representatives, and officials attended the programmes, with villagers extending a warm welcome to the Minister during his visit.
