In this episode of Postmortem, three cases of crime and relationship conflict are examined. In Faridabad, police recovered the bodies of 31-year-old makeover artist Rashmi and 24-year-old gym trainer Akash from the Agra Canal, tied together with a data cable. Investigators found a blood-stained hammer inside Rashmi's vehicle, prompting conflicting murder allegations from both families. In Indore's Khajrana area, bank employee Palak Kashyap was found dead inside a burnt room.
Post-mortem findings revealed she was strangled before petrol was poured on her body. Police arrested Mayank Shakya after CCTV footage showed him carrying petrol, alleging he killed her following a dispute over marriage rejection. In Kanpur's Ganesh Nagar, chartered accountant Himanshu Gupta accused his wife, Jyoti Gupta, of attempting to slowly poison his family by mixing chemicals into tea, citing kitchen CCTV footage. Jyoti denied the charges, claiming her husband framed her using videos to force a divorce and avoid pending legal disputes.
