Actor Hrithik Roshan has reacted to the viral 'Sorry Hrithik' social media trend, urging people to rely on facts rather than online sentiment or taking sides simply out of dislike for another individual. Clarifying his stance on a post by influencer Freddy Bird, Hrithik stated that he is not carried away by the sudden wave of support. The trend gained momentum following ongoing friction between actor-politician Kangana Ranaut and Gen Z protesters, along with remarks by Kokrajhar Janta Party spokesperson Saurabh Das, which reignited public discussion around the 2016 legal dispute between Hrithik and Kangana.
In response to Hrithik's comment, Kangana Ranaut posted an Instagram story asking him to stop making what she termed unreasonable comments and to condemn those harassing her using his name.
