Automaker Kia India on Saturday reported a 27.4 per cent rise in wholesale dispatches at 28,200 units in July 2026, as compared to 22,135 units in the same month last year.This marks Kia India's best-ever July wholesale performance since inception, the company said in a statement."Our best-ever July wholesale performance reflects the continued trust of our customers and the strong acceptance of Kia's diverse product portfolio.
Building on our record H1 performance, we have maintained healthy momentum across key segments," Kia India Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Atul Sood, said.Also read: Maruti Suzuki records 42.4% growth in domestic sales in July, hits highest-ever 2 lakh unitsThe company said July sales were driven by continued momentum from the Seltos and Sonet, supported by sustained demand for the Carens Clavis, Clavis EV, and MY26 Syros.The July performance builds on a strong first half of 2026 for Kia India.
The company had closed H1 2026 with record dispatches of 1,63,749 units, up 15.2 per cent over 1,42,139 units in the corresponding period last year, after posting its highest-ever June sales of 24,552 units, up 19 per cent year-on-year. The April-June quarter alone had seen dispatches of 79,424 units, a 19.3 per cent rise over the same period in 2025.The company's retail network extends to 892 touchpoints across 407 cities, supported by 133 certified pre-owned outlets.
Kia is also expected to expand its EV portfolio further with the upcoming Syros EV in the compact electric SUV segment.With inputs from PTI
