Papa doble Serves 1 50ml white rum – we use Havana Club 3 Años 35ml fresh grapefruit juice 20ml fresh lime juice 15ml cherry liqueur – we use Bellamie 1 cherry, or 1 twist grapefruit peel, to garnish Measure all the liquids into a shaker filled with ice and shake hard until very well chilled. Double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice, then garnish as you wish – a cherry or a twist of grapefruit peel both work well.
