The family of missing Indian seafarer Ram Chandra Dubey has made an emotional appeal after the cargo vessel MV Aegean Ragnar came under attack near Ukraine. While two Indian crew members have been confirmed safe, Ram Chandra Dubey and Deepak Gupta remain untraceable. Speaking to Times Now, Dubey's sister questioned the lack of communication from both the government and the shipping company, asking why the vessel entered a conflict zone and why the crew was not adequately protected.
