Hyderabadâs Rajiv Gandhi International Airport (RGIA) has been awarded the Level 5 Accreditation under the Airports Council International (ACI) World Airport Customer Experience Accreditation Programme, becoming one of a select group of airports globally to receive the highest level of recognition under the framework.
The programme evaluates airports on the maturity of their customer experience management practices against international best practices. Level 5, the highest accreditation under the programme, is awarded to airports where customer experience is fully integrated into strategic planning, governance, operational processes and organisational culture, while fostering collaboration across the airport ecosystem to continuously improve the passenger experience.
