Khajuraho Airport has topped the Airports Authority of India's latest Customer Satisfaction Index despite having no scheduled commercial flights in July and August. The Airport Director clarified that the ranking is based on passenger feedback collected during the first six months of the year, when around 40,000 passengers used the airport.
He also said flight services were temporarily suspended due to operational issues and that Air India and IndiGo are expected to restore connectivity from October. Watch the video to know more.
