Rapidly expanding city infrastructure, urbanisation, and the rise of integrated communities has led to a recent increase in demand from both end-users and investors in Chennai. With the city’s real estate sector entering a definitive growth phase, The Hindu is organising The Real Estate & Infrastructure Summit 2026, presented by Casagrand in association with Adissia Developers, on July 30 at ITC Grand Chola, Chennai. The summit will be inaugurated by Tamil Nadu’s Minister for Housing and Urban Development B. Rajkumar, who will deliver the keynote address on the future of urban development and infrastructure in India.
