The Supreme Court on Tuesday said the allegations arising out of the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP)-linked student protests over NEET-UG irregularities prima facie warrant a fair and independent investigation, with Chief Justice Surya Kant observing that the proposed probe must also address the concerns raised by the families of police personnel injured during the violence.
