Samajwadi Party chief and Member of Parliament Akhilesh Yadav delivered a scathing critique of the Union Government during a Lok Sabha debate on examination paper leaks and the Prevention of Unlawful Means Act. Addressing the House, Yadav highlighted the widespread public outrage and youth agitations, declaring, âJhukane wala chahiye, sarkar bhi jhukti hai,â while accusing the administration of failing to protect student futures.
He cited repeated paper leaks across various recruitment exams in Uttar Pradesh and nationwideâincluding NEET, UP TET, and constable recruitment testsâattributing the systemic failures to the outsourcing of key examination bodies like NTA. Yadav further criticized the governmentâs educational record, alleging the closure of over 26,000 primary schools in UP and scams in teacher recruitments, insisting that legal amendments alone will remain ineffective until government intent and accountability are restored.
