Rainfall Led To Waterlogging The downpour led to waterlogging at several locations, including ITO and Janpath Road, while dark clouds, thunderstorms and gusty winds reduced visibility across parts of the city. Moderate rainfall is expected to continue on Wednesday, with maximum temperatures likely to fall by 2-3 degrees Celsius over the coming days. According to the weather department, the ongoing spell has been triggered by a deep depression over the Bay of Bengal that crossed the West Bengal-North Odisha coast on Tuesday morning and is expected to influence weather across eastern and northern India.
