Following widespread student agitation over the NEET examination, the Bihar government announced major decisions regarding police action against protesters. The state government declared that no retaliatory or punitive measures will be taken against individuals who participated in the protests before 6 PM on July 26. Additionally, legal processes will be initiated to withdraw all FIRs, formal complaints, and show cause notices filed prior to the cutoff time.
