CREDAI Hyderabad, the city chapter of the Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Associations of India (CREDAI), announced that the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026 will be held from August 28 to 30 at the Hitex Exhibition Centre.
The property show will feature more than 100 RERA-approved projects from member developers. CREDAI Hyderabad president N. Jaideep Reddy said many prospective homebuyers continue to postpone purchases in anticipation of a fall in property prices. However, Hyderabad’s rapid infrastructure expansion and growing demand for quality residential spaces have continued to drive property values.
“The reality of Hyderabad is that infrastructure is expanding rapidly, and the demand for quality spaces is only multiplying. Property values are directly linked to the city’s growth. Through the
property show, we aim to bring the finest RERA-approved projects under one roof and encourage families to make informed investment decisions instead of waiting for prices to decline,” he said.
