Cockroach Janta Party's (CJP) Chief Spokesperson, Saurav Das, has announced legal action against Delhi Police and RAF personnel accused of using excessive force during the recent protests. Speaking after a meeting with senior officials, Das said the party has identified officers seen in videos and photographs allegedly assaulting protesters and causing serious injuries. He said CJP will file complaints, seek the registration of FIRs, and move the courts if required.
Das also revealed that the party has launched a dedicated website to support the legal process and warned that officers found guilty of violating the law would be held accountable.
