Congress MP Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Saturday welcomed the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, calling it a victory for the country's youth and crediting Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for consistently raising the issue of paper leaks and education reforms.
