दिल्ली | कॉकरोच जनता पार्टी के मुख्य प्रवक्ता सौरव दास कहते हैं, "जब मैं और आशुतोष वहां गए, तो केंद्रीय मंत्री जेपी नड्डा और डॉ. जितेंद्र सिंह भी मौजूद थे... हमने अपनी तीन मुख्य मांगें साफ़ तौर पर, बोलकर और लिखकर बताईं... पहली मांग, जिस पर कोई समझौता नहीं हो सकता, वह यह है कि या तो धर्मेंद्र प्रधान इस्तीफ़ा दें या सरकार उन्हें कैबिनेट से हटा दे। दूसरी ऐसी मांग जिस पर कोई समझौता नहीं हो सकता, वह है उस हर परिवार को 1 करोड़ रुपये का मुआवज़ा देना, जिसके बच्चे ने इस खराब और भ्रष्ट NEET शिक्षा व्यवस्था के कारण आत्महत्या की। तीसरी मांग यह है कि हमारे जो भाई-बहन यहां शांतिपूर्ण विरोध कर रहे थे, लेकिन जिन्हें पुलिस की बर्बरता का सामना करना पड़ा और जिनके ख़िलाफ़ FIR दर्ज की गईं, उनकी FIR वापस ली जाएं।
किसी के भी ख़िलाफ़ FIR दर्ज नहीं होनी चाहिए... इसके अलावा, सरकार हमें लिखित में सॉवरेन गारंटी दे कि भविष्य में किसी को निशाना नहीं बनाया जाएगा। हमने उन्हें अपनी चौथी बात—अपनी पांच-सूत्रीय नीतिगत मांग का चार्टर—भी बताया... सरकार ने हमारी दूसरी और तीसरी मांगों पर सकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया दी: मुआवज़ा, FIR वापस लेना और लिखित सॉवरेन गारंटी कि भविष्य में ऐसी FIR दर्ज नहीं की जाएंगी। सरकार ने कहा कि वह सैद्धांतिक रूप से इन दो मांगों को स्वीकार करती है। इसलिए, हमें कल एक और बैठक के लिए बुलाया गया है।" Delhi | Cockroach Janta Party's Chief Spokesperson Saurav Das says, "When Ashutosh and I went there, Union Ministers JP Nadda and Dr Jitendra Singh were also present...We clearly conveyed, both verbally and in writing, our three main demands...The first demand, which is non-negotiable, is that either Dharmendra Pradhan should resign or the government should dismiss him from the Cabinet.
The second non-negotiable demand is compensation of Rs 1 crore for every family whose child died by suicide due to this broken and corrupt NEET education system. The third demand is that all our brothers and sisters who were peacefully protesting here but faced police brutality and had FIRs registered against them should have those FIRs withdrawn. No FIRs should be filed against anyone...Furthermore, the government should provide us with a sovereign guarantee in writing that no one will be targeted in the future. We also told them about our fourth point—our five-point policy demand charter...The government showed a positive response to our second and third demands: compensation, withdrawal of FIRs, and a written sovereign guarantee that such FIRs would not be filed in the future. The government said that, in principle, it accepts these two demands.
