Nationwide protests erupted across multiple cities in India following calls for demonstrations over the NEET exam controversy and paper leak allegations. Protesters gathered in Mumbai, Jodhpur, Bhopal, and Kolkata to demand accountability regarding examination discrepancies. In Kolkata, student unions led a rally from Sealdah railway station to Esplanade Square, blocking traffic in central Kolkata for over an hour.
Demonstrators across cities raised slogans against paper leaks and expressed solidarity with student agitators in Delhi. In Mumbai, demonstrators gathered in Chembur to oppose police action and lathi charge during the Delhi agitation. Students in Jodhpur staged a dharna outside the collectorate, while protesters in Bhopal condemned the violence at Jantar Mantar while distancing themselves from it.
