Paper Leak Law: 10 साल की सजा, 1 करोड़ जुर्माना... पेपर लीक के खिलाफ नया कठोर कानून! | Breaking पेपर लीक और नकल के खिलाफ मौजूदा कानून को और सख्त करने की तैयारी की जा रही है. सूत्रों के मुताबिक, सार्वजनिक परीक्षा (अनुचित साधनों की रोकथाम) अधिनियम 2024 में कोई संशोधन किए जा सकते हैं. इन संशोधनों को आज कैबिनेट की बैठक में मंजूरी मिल सकती है.साथ ही मामलों की सुनवाई के लिए फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट बनाने का प्रावधान जोड़ा जा सकता है.फास्ट ट्रैक कोर्ट को अधिक अधिकार भी दिए जा सकते हैं.साथ ही सजा और जुर्माना भी बढ़ाया जा सकता है Preparations are underway to further strengthen the existing laws against paper leaks and cheating.
According to sources, amendments may be made to the Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2024. These amendments could be approved at today's Cabinet meeting. Additionally, a provision for establishing fast-track courts to hear such cases might be introduced, and these courts could be granted enhanced powers. Penalties and fines may also be increased.
