In Central Delhi, 17 metro stations, including Patel Chowk, Mandi House, Rajiv Chowk, and Janpath, remain closed for the third day due to security reasons. Heavy police personnel and 20 companies of the Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) have been deployed across the capital, particularly around Parliament and Jantar Mantar, where multiple barricades are in place.
An internet shutdown has also been enforced in the central Delhi area as the deadlock between the CJP and the government continues. Authorities have stated that the metro stations will remain shut until further instructions.
