We are really happy." Earlier this month, Garnacho was reportedly told by new Chelsea manager Xabi Alonso he would not be guaranteed regular game time at Stamford Bridge. The 22-year-old leaves the London club after a poor first season following his move from Manchester United, with Garnacho scoring eight goals in 43 appearances in all competitions for Chelsea last term.

Tzolis then had loan spells in the Netherlands and Germany at FC Twente and Fortuna Duesseldorf respectively before he joined Brugge in 2024 and went on to win the Belgian title with the club last season. Arsenal sporting director Andrea Berta welcomed the arrival of Tzolis who has 34 caps for Greece.
