The Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) has rejected the Centre's offer to hold talks at Union Minister JP Nadda's residence or a government office. The student group said any meeting should take place either at Jantar Mantar or at a neutral venue, adding that it does not want "empty talks" and expects either acceptance of key demands or a clear timeline for action.
