The bulletin tracks the NEET paper leak protest as the hunger strike enters its 25th day. The protester remains stable and alert in an intensive care unit at Medanta Medicity in Gurugram. A medical panel is monitoring sodium and potassium levels, while fresh blood test reports are awaited. A transfer to a private ward is under consideration.
The protest group has maintained three demands: the resignation of the Union Education Minister, withdrawal of police cases against protesters and ₹1 crore compensation for families of NEET-related suicide victims. Talks between the government and protest representatives may resume at a neutral venue after an invitation to meet at a minister’s residence was declined. Opposition parties have sought an investigation into the Delhi Police action on July 20.
Police have also cited injuries to personnel and damage to vehicles during the protest near Parliament.
