The death toll in the Sikkim tunnel collapse has risen to 20, with rescue teams continuing efforts to reach at least five workers still trapped inside the under-construction tunnel in Namchi district. Officials suspect a methane gas explosion triggered the collapse. NDRF, SDRF and other emergency teams remain on site as the rescue operation enters a critical phase.
