He strongly refuted claims that the Congress party is hijacking the student protests for political gain, stating, "The youth of India are saying that we've lost complete trust in the system." Chakravarthy emphasized that the demand for the resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan originated from the students themselves, and the Congress is merely amplifying their voices.
He dismissed allegations of competitive politics or a match-fixing scenario with the BJP, calling such claims laughable. Chakravarthy urged the Prime Minister to acknowledge the mistakes made, sack the Education Minister, and work towards fixing the education system to restore the confidence of India's youth.
